Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you of the delay via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping services we utilize include USPS, UPS, and DHL. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard shipping on all orders within the U.S.:

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping carrier and may vary depending on your location.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Yield Science ships to addresses within the U.S., but we currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Yield Science is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Yield Science is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently offer international shipping. Please note that international shipping rates may vary based on the destination and the size of the order.
