Return Policy Overview
Eligibility for Returns:
- Any unused, unopened, and undamaged books can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
- To be eligible for a return, your book must be in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.
Return Process:
- Online Purchases:
- To initiate a return for an online purchase, please contact our customer service team at info@yieldscience.co with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your book back to us.
- Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase in the return package.
- In-Store Purchases:
- For returns of books purchased in-store through our vendors, please visit the store where the purchase was made with your receipt or proof of purchase.
- The store staff will assist you with your return and ensure you receive your refund.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned book, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Non-Returnable Items
- Certain types of books, such as those that are personalized, signed by the author, or sold as final sale, are not eligible for returns. Please check the product description before purchasing to ensure the book is returnable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a book that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@yieldscience.co with your order number and a description of the issue.
- We will work with you to resolve the problem, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
